Kerrisdale Village, the neighbourhood's main shopping district, is located along 41st Avenue and West Boulevard.   Numerous historic buildings grace the streets of this beautiful upscale and trendy shopping destination.  Seasonal events, along with well utilized facilities including the Kerrisdale Arena,  community centre, library,  and parks make this a  desirable neighbourhood to call home.  One of Vancouver's most well-established neighbourhoods, Kerrisdale is filled with single-family homes on tree-lined streets, with a mix of low and high rise apartments, and is considered one of the most stable communities in Canada.  Kerrisdale's boundary stretches from Blenheim to Granville Streets/Angus Drive, and from 41st Avenue to Southwest Marine Drive.
